I understand that many decidedly nationalist inclined US Americans (as well as many people of conservative stripe outside the US) don’t like whistle blowers, and these people seem to have an innate dislike of people like Assange, Manning and Snowden. I can only express my sincere appreciation for the great sacrifices these people make.
A few months ago I was deeply worried about the safety of all three (and other such activists). But I get a feeling the tide of public opinion is shifting against establishment arguments. Anyone in agreement?
