Note on this one – I am not sure how I’ll budget for this One. I am however on the schedule which is somewhat confusing.
It’s funny – I “negotiated” with the Dutch pirates (about the only vaguely arguable platform for BIEN in the Netherlands) and I got a distinct impression from several people on the electoral commission that BIEN in the Netherlands was not an overwhelmingly high priority for the Pirates. I even got the idea “they didn’t see what all the fuss was about”.. (paraphrasing). Stand by for updates on this. Essentially I do have some budget flow from my friends in teh Germany (…) but I am not sure this will cover attendance, specifically travel costs. I may have a place to stay (and more probably). We’ll see.
